At One Degree Functional Health, we believe people deserve to feel heard, understand their health, and have a plan that reflects their individual needs.

For our founder, Dr. William Gregory Weinman, that belief is personal. After years of being active—including running marathons—he experienced debilitating numbness, tingling, brain fog, and digestive problems. Despite multiple evaluations, he struggled to find answers that explained what he was experiencing. His search for help led him to functional neurology and functional medicine, which became important parts of his own recovery and changed the direction of his practice.

Today, Dr. Weinman brings more than 18 years of chiropractic experience, board certification in neuropathy, and training in Quantum Neurology, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Trigenics, functional neurology, and functional medicine to his work with patients.

Our practice serves people experiencing neuropathy, persistent pain, complex health concerns, and injuries that interfere with everyday life or athletic activity. We take time to understand each person’s history, assess movement and nervous system function, and consider factors such as nutrition, stress, and lifestyle when developing a personalized care plan.

Depending on the patient’s needs, care may include targeted brain and body exercises, hands-on techniques, nutritional guidance, and therapeutic technologies. We also recognize the emotional burden of ongoing health challenges and the importance of compassionate support throughout the process.

Our values are simple: listen carefully, communicate honestly, respect each person, and give patients practical ways to participate in their care. We focus on goals that matter in real life—walking more comfortably, sleeping better, returning to a sport, or spending more time doing what you love.

The name One Degree reflects our belief that a meaningful change in direction can begin with one step. Our purpose is to help patients take that next step with greater understanding, support, and hope.
