With a professional background in nursing and psychology, I have a unique body-mind approach, as well as an intimate understanding of the medical system. My son was born with profound special needs which brought me to a personal health tailspin, and then a journey of personal healing and discovery. Through this process I discovered my passion for natural health solutions and helping others heal on a deep level.

While listening closely to your primary concerns, I focus on healing the mind (emotional stressors) and body simultaneously, addressing the parts that are ready to heal now and supporting the body throughout the process. Generally, my patients feel much better, even after just one session. My philosophy is that the body knows how to heal itself, and can heal itself- given the right tools and inputs at the right time, and reducing other stressors.
