Alli is a Traditional Naturopath and Registered Nurse, and the owner of Ultimate Wellness Collective. Her journey into holistic wellness began through her work as an RN — and while she values her conventional medical background, over time she felt called to look beyond simply managing symptoms and understand the why behind what someone is experiencing.

Alli takes a whole-person, root-cause approach, recognizing that nutritional, emotional, structural, and environmental stressors all influence how the body functions and how a person feels. As a Certified Practitioner of Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA), she uses muscle testing as a foundational tool to identify areas of stress and imbalance in the body and guide individualized wellness support, alongside SRT, NET techniques, and IV nutrient therapy.

She especially enjoys working with women experiencing fatigue, hormonal concerns, digestive issues, thyroid concerns, inflammation, stress, sleep challenges, fertility concerns, or simply feeling like something is "off" despite being told everything looks "normal." Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Alli works with each client individually — incorporating targeted supplementation, personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and emotional and nervous-system support based on their specific needs.

Above all, Alli's wellness practice is rooted in her Christian faith and the belief that God designed our bodies with an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard, while helping them understand their bodies, uncover barriers to wellness, and develop practical strategies for lasting health.
